Is the facility secure?

Yes! We have:

  • Perimeter fencing

Do I need to provide my own lock?

No. We provide you with a disc lock (2 keys included) as part of your initial setup.

How do I rent a unit?

You can rent online anytime through our website or by calling 423-671-8205. The process takes just a few minutes and gives you immediate access instructions.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • ACH bank drafts
  • Online payments

Is there a late fee?

Yes. A late fee is applied if rent is not received within the grace period outlined in your rental agreement.

What size unit do I need?

Here’s a quick guide:

  • 5x10 – Small furniture, boxes, seasonal items
  • 10x10 – Contents of a 1–2 bedroom home
  • 10x15 – Larger furniture or small business inventory
  • 10x20 – Contents of a 3-bedroom home, or vehicle
  • 10x30 – Full household, business equipment, or multiple vehicles

Can I store a vehicle?

Yes, select units can accommodate vehicles. Please ensure the vehicle is registered and operable.

What items are not allowed?

Prohibited items include:

After signing your rental agreement, you’ll receive a personalized gate code for 24/7 access.

Do you require a long-term contract?
